It’s vacation time again and you have chosen St.Lucia for the destination of your choice. You have made this a family vacation, so you need things to keep the kids preoccupied to make it the best vacation for them too. Don’t worry I have come up with a list of things the kids can do and you can enjoy as a family.

1. Splash Island Water Park-Gros Islet

Here is a fun way you and your kids could enjoy the day at the beach in St.Lucia. The Splash Island Waterpark is located in Rodney Bay right in front of the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa. Staying at the Bay Gardens, they offer a free pass to the splash pad, not a bad deal if I should say so myself. 

Make a family day at the beach with the different pass choices. you can choose to spend the whole day, half day or just two hours. Whatever you wish to do there is a pass for that. Get ready for a day of jumping on the trampoline, climbing the walls, doing hurdles and monkey bars. Full on obstacle course right on the water. Sure to tire the kids out and get them ready for another day in St.Lucia.

2. All-Inclusive Day Pass at Coconut Bay Resort and Spa-Vieux Fort Lighthouse

Here is something that the whole family could enjoy. Spending a day at an all-inclusive resort. Sounds kind of boring for the kids right. Think again, Coconut Bay Resort and Spa is a kids dream come true. Get a day pass and enjoy a day of fun from 10 am to 5 pm. This included meals in buffet restaurant or beach grill and beverages from operating bars.

The kids can spend the day with supervision, where they can have access to the pool and the water park whiles you and your partner spend the day relaxing by the pool. The great thing about the water park is that both adults and kids can join in the fun. What a great way to spend your family vacation in St.Lucia.

3. Hike the Tet Paul Nature Trail-Soufriere 

Are you an active family. A family who is always on the go, busy keeping fit and always into a different activity. Then there is an activity that both you and your kids will enjoy on your trip to St.Lucia.

Take a hike on the Tet Paul Nature Trail. There are lots of tour companies who are very knowledgeable of the trail, so you will be sure to get a detailed description of your tour. This 45-minute hike is a great way to spend time with the family whiles doing something fun, and at the end of the hike, you get to see the most magnificent view of the island. This is not something you want to miss out on.

4. Spend the Day at the Beach

If there is one thing St.Lucia is known for, it is its beautiful black and white sand beaches. Why not spend the day with your family on one of the many beaches across the island. Whether you just want to lay on the beach and get in that tan, build a sand castle or do an activity on the beach, all that can be provided to you depending on the beach you chose.

Take a ride on the Jetski on Pigeon Island. If you are a swimming family, Anse Chastanet beach has some beautiful reefs you can snorkel too. So many beaches on the island that you may have to come back to visit them all.

5. Sea Trek Adventure Helmet Diving- Vide Boutielle, Castries

This is an adventure that kids from 8 and above and their parents can enjoy together. This is an exciting way to see the marine life, and the best thing is that you don’t need to be a great swimmer. As long as you can breathe and walk, this would be the perfect activity for you and your family.

You and your family will be supervised by the certified Seatrek guide who will bring you face to face with the marine life of St.Lucia.If you are staying on the north of the island, transportation is provided back to your resort. There is a fee for anywhere else. Sounds like a great time for you and your kid’s whiles in St.Lucia.

6. Horseback Riding

Who does not love horses? A family that horse plays together stays together. Spend the afternoon with these amazing creatures, riding along the beach. 7. Segway Safari

This is a tour that the whole family can enjoy. Kids 13 years of age and older can have fun on the Segway. This is one of the best ways to view part of the island. This is known to be a must do tour in St.Lucia.
